need agent in french speaking countries

We are a military medals, premium objets and jewelery manufacturer, located in Singapore. We make top quality orders, decorations, medals and objets d\'art as well as jewelery items, which we already sell in over 22 countries.

We would would like to export our products in French speaking countries in Africa (I am a Frenchman), and are looking for a reliable agent in Ivory Coast or any other french speaking countries from Africa.

It is of utter importance that the potential agent speaks French and English and has very good contacts in governments, more precisely in ministries of defense.
