Partnership: Hotels in Angola
Group ALCRA - Management and Investments SA, which includes the Grande Hotel Universo, Ltd in the city of Luanda and Namibe in Welwitchia Hotel and undergoing rehabilitation.
This group aims to create a group of hotels within 3 to 5 star bedrooms on the city of Luanda, and in some provinces, particularly in the city of Cabinda province of the same name, whose main business is oil. In Soyo and Zaire Province, where economic activity is a prominent oil company as well. In Saurimo, Lunda Province - South whose main activity is diamond mining. In Lobito and Benguela Province where the main economic activities is in the port industry, And trains station in Benguela within 5 years which is connected whiff the New Crude Oil Refinery.
Our Wish is to join a group of Foreign which have technical and financial capacity for the gradual establishment of a chain in the cities above target, mainly to the following:
a) Luanda, a top 5-star hotel with two hundred bedrooms. b) Lobito, another unit of 5 stars with 120 rooms.
c) And later in other cities with units of 3 stars with a number of rooms from 80 to 100 rooms.
In this chain of hotels, the ALCRA want to hold at least 51% of their capital and the foreign party would get 49% and the obligation to cash in at least on 20% of the total investment of each hotel.
The management of each unit would be made by the company to be established, leaving the foreign party with the obligation to address the technical part of it.
In terms of implementing the revenue of the enterprise, the 1st priority would be allocated to the payment of operating costs, the 2nd or the payment of taxes and other taxes and bank loans, the 3rd to the repayment of investments made by each partner and the last for the distribution dividends.
This is the philosophy of partnership suggested by ALCRA, SA.
