we have more then 10 acres of hotel site in Dar Es SAlaam Tanznaia we are looking for serious investors who would invest to build a hotel with 1770 rooms like moscow's cosmos hotel.

We need the hotel to include a multiplex cinema hall, supermarket , small airstrip and other things

joint venture or other options are welcome we are ready to negotiate and work together .
